The Harbor Bay project was born influenced by the privileged location in which it sits, the Cap Cana Marina, which provides the building a maritime aesthetic, including generating lines that emulate the aesthetics of boats and provide dynamism to the set. The building embraces the plot, creating a central space of great interest where the project’s amenities are arranged, whether it is a small gazebo, a central pool area or the sheets of water with Balinese beds… on the deck you will have a common terrace area and a gym area.

In turn, the complex has a large entrance hall that gives prestige to the complex and from which you can access the different vertical communication cores.
